With our commitment to quality, our policy is that all cancellations or changes must be received no less than three (3) calendar days before your start date. Example: If you are beginning your cleanse on a Monday, any changes or cancellations must be requested by Friday at 3pm to avoid penalty. Otherwise no refunds OR credits will be issued.
Any requests for a refund before, during or after a BluePrintCleanse due to medical issues will be handled on an individual basis. Doctor's proof of condition is required.

BPC gift certificates are applicable to any BluePrintCleanse length or BluePrintCleanse Level.
To redeem your BPC gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process. You will be asked for your certificate number during checkout. Even if the amount of your certificate is greater than the amount of your purchase, we'll still need your credit card number to process your order. After you enter your credit card number, you will see a box marked Gift Certificate. Simply enter your gift certificate code, and when you're finished, click the Process Order button. The amount of the certificate will then be deducted from your final order total.
